드론 고르는 팁 / How to pick a Drone

Hi This is Losttom living in Europe. Today I would like to give you a tip on

how to choose a perfect drone for you.
I flew my drones in 10 different countries with 5 hr 29 min
fly time and 32,973km fly distance♥

안녕하세요! 유럽남자 러스트탐입니다. 오늘은 제가 알고 있는 드론에 대해 
저의 의견을 여러분과 공유하고 싶네요.
참고로 저는 10개국에서 총 5시간 29분 비행시간과 32.973km 비행거리를
기록 중입니다 ♥

1. Purpose / 목적

 

First thing is to think about why you want to buy a drone? For professional shooting,
for hobby, curiousity and maybe for your travel memories? For me it was for travel
and I still think I have made a wonderful choice but it is true that you have to look
out the people around you, safety, regulations in the region and so on which is quite
bothering and not easy to do for beginners.

일단 가장 중요한 것은 내가 어떠한 용도로 사용을 할 것이냐? 를 생각해야 합니다. 전문적으로

사용할 것인지, 취미로 사용할 것인지, 호기심에서 충동 구매를 할 것인지? 여행에서 추억을
남기는 목적인지 등등...

저는 참고로 여행을 갈때 좀더 잊을 수 없는 영상 추억을 남기려고 구매를 했고 아직까지는 만족
하면서 살지만 큰 도시나 사람이 밀접한 곳에서는 주변 사람들 눈치도 봐야하고 안전도 생각해야
하기 때문에 일반인들이 하기에는 쉽지가 않은 것도 사실입니다.

2. Price / 가격

In most cases expensive products have better functions and especially flying objects
like drones more money you spend higher rate you will be able to fly it home. I was
flying a remote control plane so it was not hard for me but I have seen a lot of people
just making mistakes and had to say goodbye to over $1,000 worth product.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that if you are a beginner do not go for a super 
fancy functional device rather pick a comfortable midrange price worth product.

비싼 제품을 사는 것이 더 좋은 것은 현실이고 또한 날아 다니는 민감한 제품을 구매할 때는
특별히 돈을 투자한 제품이 더 집에 돌아올 확율이 높다는 것은 사실이다. 나는 원격 조종
비행기를 날려본 경험이 있기 때문에 쉬웠지만, 처음 접하는 사람들은 10중 8, 9는 백만원
이상하는 고가의 제품과 작별을 하는 것을 많이 봐왔다. 따라서 초보라면 비싸고 좋은 제품을
사용하기 보다는 적당한 가격에 적당한 제품으로 시작하는 것을 추천하는 바이다.

 

3. Product / 제품

You are ready to look into the details after you know the purpose and budjet.

목적과 가격이 어느 정도 정해 졌으면 본격적으로 제품을 골라보자.

<Weight/무게>
If you are traveling with drone you might also have other fancy equipments as well. 
Not only the drone but also you will need all other things. This was most stressful
thing for me when I had to carry all kinds of stuff and you get outrageous if you 
forget one of them...

만약 드론을 가지고 다닐 정도라면 다른 장비들도 이미 많이 있을 것이다. 드론만 계산하면
오산이고 그 외에 여라 부속품들을 따로 챙겨야 하는데 이것이 정말 스트레스다. 가지고
다니는 것도 힘들고 또 중요부품을 빼먹었다면 분노를 할 수도 있으니....

※ Tip : There is a drone regulation on weight if you want to fly without
possessing a license or have more freedom to fly which is less than 250g / 55lb

※ 꿀팁 : 나라마다 조금씩 틀리겠지만, 만약 드론자격증이 없거나 아무곳에서 편하게 법을
지키면서 촬영을 할 경우에는 무게 250g / 55lb 이하의 제품이 되어야 한다.

 

<Video/비디오>
Maybe you will have more chances to take a film than photo. Regardless of your
profession or purpose people like better resolution and quality and how you can be
satisfied is up to you. My first drone was DJI Phantom Advanced shooting below 2.7k
and in the beginnig it was perfect but later I realized I need a better quality. I would
recommend 2.7K or higher.

아마 드론으로는 사진보다는 영상을 많이 찍을 것 같다. 직업과 목적에 상관없이 사람들은더 좋은
화질과 품질을 원하게 될 것이고 결국 그 만족은 본인만이 알 것이다. 내 첫 드론은 DJI Phantom
Advanced 였는데 2.7K 이하에서 촬영을 하다보니 품질이 너무 구렸다. 나의 추천은 2.7K 정도나
이상을 할 것을 추천한다.

<Dimension/크기>
Case by case should be different but if you have to carry a big drone bag wherever
you need to go it will be a pain. Therefore, dimension especially foldable or not is
one of the key aspects. I recommend folable drones in this case.

여행의 용도에 따라 틀리겠지만, 큰 드론 가방을 메고 돌아다니는 것은 정말 싫다. 따라서 크기가
어떻게 보면 가장 중요한 요소라고 할 수도 있을 것이다. 이 점을 고려하면 접히는 드론이 좋을 
것이다.

Below drones cannot be folded for example / 아래 드론들은 접히지가 않는다.

Below can be folded / 아래는 접힌다.

※ Tip : In my experience bigger products are more stable to control espeically
in windy places (Or higher power)

※ 꿀팁 : 제 경험에는 큰 제품이 더 안정적으로 날 수 있습니다. 특별히 바람이 많은 
곳에서는 큰 제품을 써야죠 (또는 높은 출력이)

 

 

5. Purchase / 구매

 

I am a fan of DJI because 1) Brand power 2) Stable quality 3) Excellent Customer
service. I have purchased two DJI products and even though I had few troubles
I would still recommend it.

 

나는 두 개의 DJI 제품이 있고 또 사더라도 DJI 를 살 것 같다. 그 이유는 1) 브랜드 인지도
2) 좋은 품질 3) 고객 서비스 이다.

 

<Beginner / 입문자>

I would recommend product which is normal, easy and reasonable price. It means I

would not recommend something like DJI P4P V2.0 which is over $1,000.

 

난 일단 초보차에게는 적당하고 편한 제품을 추천하고 싶다. 그 말은 아래 그림에 있는
DJI P4P V2.0 같이 백만원 넘는 제품은 아니라는 것이다 (단품).

<Intermediate & Pro / 중수, 고수>

You can do by yourselves....   But I would not go for MINI since I have experienced critical
moment my MAVIC not being able to comeback due to heavy wind. MINI is even smaller
than MAVIC!!!

알아서 판단하실 수 있을 듯 하지만 MINI 는 추천 드리고 싶지 않다. 예전에 나의 MAVIC 이
강풍을 갑자기 만나서 집으로 돌아오지 못하는 상황이 있었기 때문이다. MINI 는 MAVIC
보다 작기 때문에 강풍을 만나면 못 돌아올 확율이 더 크다.

 

MAVIC which could not comeback home ran out of battery and eventually landed on some
roof of a house in France and I could get it back.
돌아오지 못한 MAVIC 은 프랑스 어느 집 지붕위에 배터리가 다해서 자동착륙을 했고 다행이
돌려받을 수 있었다.
